Make sure you have a bag packed, pick out who you want in the room when you give birth and make a list of phone numbers so your spouse or other family members can call your loved ones when the baby is born.

If you cause harm to your unborn child because you drank or smoke while you were pregnant there is a good chance that you will feel guilty for the rest of your life and that your child could be born with defects.
