In order to develop a strong communication statement and influence your information, you first need to take a step back and analyze the communication mechanism.
So what is the mechanism of communication?
Communication technology is often used for communication training to explain how communication works at a technical level. This concept is very helpful in improving the way you communicate, and it may not be what you usually think of.
Communication can be divided into three core areas.

- Communication process
Let us explore each of these areas.

According to some experts, the equivalent of about 7% of the news, the tone is 35% and the non-language is 58%. I think this may vary depending on the background of the communication, but what is interesting here is how much the word contributes in terms of the overall percentage. How much time do you spend trying to make your words correct when the other two components have a significant impact on their contribution to the meaning of the message.
The next time you have an important face-to-face conversation with someone, you need to know more about your voice and the contribution of your body language to the meaning of the message.
2. Communication message
From the component, we can now view the next area, the communication message. When you have a face-to-face conversation, you can split the message into 2 independent parallel messages that are being sent.

Information messages include words and facts, while emotional response messages include the emotions you convey in the message. This explains why sometimes communicating information can lead to misunderstandings and inconsistencies. You often talk to people who use all the correct words, but you will receive different emotional responses. For example, you may have experienced this common idea "They said it sounds good, but I don't know what it is… I just don't believe them." Another example might be when someone tells you what they think you want to hear, but on the emotional level, you are just uncomfortable with the emotional response you are accepting. Some things are not suitable.
Most people are not taught how to communicate some of the potential feelings they are experiencing. This can explain why people are more concerned with the information part of the message because it seems easier. This part may be cultural adjustment, and the other part is how most people have never learned.
The next time you talk, you will get a better understanding of how you feel during the communication process. If you start to feel uncomfortable or uncertain, just slow down the communication and ask more questions to help clarify the real statement. Don't just rely on their information to express meaning.
3. Communication process.
The third core area of communication involves a systematic approach to communication work.
A simple explanation has three steps.
1. Make and send information
2. Receive and interpret information
3. Give and receive feedback.
Most people do this through the second nature, so the recommendations are more strategic and aware of the use of third-point feedback. For example, use more questioning techniques to help you dig deeper to get the right meaning.
In order to link all three points, this is my suggestion.
The next time you meet face-to-face with someone, you can focus on improving your style by asking more questions or explanations to improve clarity. Doing more will help slow down the communication, give you more time to identify some of the drivers that may form a consistent emotional response, and check the nonverbal expressions they send.
