How to run a webinar step by step

If you want to teach more people, attract more customers or increase sales, you can use real-time webinars to achieve this, which means you can stream your desktop screen and live voice over the Internet to your microphone.

Arranging live webinars, promoting live webinars, and presenting them in live webinars is easy – this is the three steps to running a webinar. Arrange, promote and present.

The first thing you need to figure out is the title, date and time of your webinar. Decide if you want to attend a webinar on weekends or within a week. Evening in the morning? What time zone? Schedule this event.

In services such as GoToWebinar, simply click on the ad new webinar, enter the title, and schedule the date and time. Now you have a special registration link that you can send to others. This is called promoting your webinar.

What you need to do now is to post this special registration link to your website, your blog, Facebook and other social media accounts to let others promote this feature. However, when someone clicks on this special link, they will be sent to your webinar service, such as GoToWebinar, who will now fill in their first name, last name and email address.

Now, signing up for this webinar means they now have a special link to the webinar and they will receive an email reminder as the webinar approaches in the next few days, letting them know that you are registered, here is Join the link once and this live event begins.

Once the live event begins, it is an interesting part. What you should do is appear a few minutes before the event begins. Share your screen. You can now view anything on your computer by clicking a button – such as a desktop, web page, or even a PowerPoint presentation – now other people can see it. This is very powerful because you can put together a simple PowerPoint slideshow with some pictures or bullets, put it on your headphones, chat and reach hundreds – if not thousands – in this live broadcast People.

You can record this webinar to show others, make DVDs, and make products. But the point is, you show your screen, you say your voice, you can show anyone anything that can be done on the computer. Show them a PowerPoint, open a web page, show a piece of software, draw on the screen, show what you have to show – this is how you conduct live webinars.

Arrange it. Promote it. Introduce it. I look forward to seeing you at your next webinar.
