July Run + Yoga
Do Good Yoga is psyched to host this monthly run {group} + yoga {class} bringing runners & yogis together the last Monday of every month!  Join us at the studio for our next sweat, stretch & sip session on Monday 7/31 at 6:30pm. Ultra runner & Sugarstride run blogger, Jessica Croisant, will lead us out on our 3-ish mile fun run around downtown follwed by a post-run recovery flow at the studio with Do Good's own, Gretchen Horinger. Stay after all the fitness to enjoy a brew (or two!) to connect with your fellow runners & yogis!
