So now that you have a firm vision, a solid follow-up of your new business and the most important supporters, it's time to make the road map you want to go.
I firmly believe in business plans. If you don't have a “road map,” then you will want to get lost, how and how you will get it will be inevitable.
Well-known facts: Plan your work and then develop your plan. I can't tell you where I learned it, Zig Ziegler or Tony Robbins but it is at the heart of business success.
First, in online marketing, you must have a mission statement. Even if you don't disclose it, you must state in writing what your company is about and what it wants to accomplish. You must communicate the purpose of your company. With this, you will always remember your direction.
Key elements of a good marketing mission statement:
Remember, this is not an easy task. Development takes some time. This is a very important core concept of your company and needs to be paid attention to it. The following elements are for guidance only; your company's true mission can only come from your heart. Don't copy another network marketer's mission statement, it might sound good, but it's not from you. Keep it short; just a few paragraphs to express your passion. If it is longer, it sounds more like a business plan than a "factor" of the plan.
• What product or service will you offer? Why is it there? If you specify the type of service you are going to offer and the quality of the product you provide, rather than a specific product name, you can offer many products or replace the product without having to rewrite your tasks every time.
• Who will benefit from your service or product. What impact do you want to have on your customers, suppliers and employees?
• What is your company's vision? When customers, suppliers, and employees work with you, what they expect and what they might expect.
My belief is that you should be able to create a high-quality mission statement from these core elements. Of course, there are many other factors to consider, for example; is your product better than other products? What makes your service the best? what do you doing? Do you want to do better? What actions do you want to get?
I think these elements are more suitable for the stage when you reach a level where you can make bold statements. I believe that you will agree that you must always communicate honesty and integrity. If you are a beginner or a beginner, making statements that you cannot fulfill will only hurt your early growth.
For example: I'm not sure, but I think Google's mission statement from the first day may not include "information to organize the world" because they may not know from the beginning that it will transcend the boundaries of a country. But when they have that "ah-ah" moment, and this vision is possible, I bet they have expanded their statement.
As an online marketer, you are now using your mission statement and the next step is to develop sales and marketing plans or marketing techniques.Ultimate Cleaning Business Package, Click here!
